Protest against the federal party convention of the right-wing populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) in Stuttgart. More than a thousand people blocked the access ways to the Stuttgart exhibition ground where the party convention takes place. Police forces arrested hundreds of protestors. A few hours later thousands of people participate in a peaceful anti AfD-protest march through Stuttgart downtown.
Protest gegen AfD-Bundesparteitag in Stuttgart. Mehr als tausend Menschen blockierten die Zufahrtswege zur Stuttgarter Messe wo der Parteitag stattfindet. Die Polizei verhaftete dabei hunderte Demonstranten. Einige Stunden später protestierten tausende Menschen mit einer friedlichen Demonstration gegen die AfD in der Stuttgarter Innenstadt.
