Some refugees sleep in front of the outposts of the State Office of Health and Welfare at the ICC in Berlin. They slept previously in the exhibition hall 26 which was evacuated for the IFA Fair - they should now be accommodated in a makeshift mass accommodation inside the ICC. Among other things, because residents of this shelter report a infested with bed bugs, they do not want in a another mass accommodation, specially not in the one inside ICC.
Vor der Aussenstellen des Landesamt für Gesundheit und Soziales am ICC in Berlin campieren einige Fluechtlinge. Sie schliefen zuvor in der Messehalle 26 die fuer die Messe IFA geraeumt wurde - sie sollen nun in der Unterkunft der Malteser am ICC untergebracht werden. Unter anderem weil Bewohner dieser Notunterkunft ueber einen Befall mit Bettwanzen berichten, wollen sie nicht erneut in eine Massenunterkunft und im speziellen nicht in die zugewiesene
