A large contingent of the Berlin police dissolved a Reclaim the Streets action in Berlin-Kreuzberg this evening. About 250 people blocked the intersection in front of the Cuvry wasteland. Traffic came to a standstill for about 1 1/2 hours. A sound system was confiscated at least two people were arrested. The attempt to hold a spontaneous demonstration was stopped.
Ein Großaufgebot der Berliner Polizei hat am Abend eine Reclaim the Streets Aktion in Berlin-Kreuzberg aufgelöst. Etwa 250 Menschen blockierten die Kreuzung vor der Cuvry-Brache, der Verkehr kam hierbei für rund 1 1/2 Stunden zum erliegen. EIn Soundsystem wurde beschlagnahmt mindestens zwei Personen wurden festgenommen. Der Versuch eine Spontan-Demonstration durchzuführen wurde unterbunden.
