Einige tausend Fluechtlinge ueberqueren die serbisch-kroatische Grenze und erreichen Strošinci. An der Grenze harrten die Fluechtlinge teilweise zwei Tage lang aus bevor die kroatische Polizei sie mit Bussen zum Bahnhof Spačva fuhr von wo Sonderzuege an die kroatisch-ungarische Grenze abfahren.
