More than 5000 people blocked a march of the pegida branch "Bärgida" in Berlin and stopped in this way the anti Islamic demonstration. About 300 people had gathered for the first Bärgida demonstration. Because of the blockades the march could not leave the starting point. Police forces arrested some counter-demonstrators, before the police had repeatedly requested that the route should be unblocked.
Mehr als 5000 Menschen stellten sich in Berlin einem Aufmarsch des pegida-Ablegers "Bärgida" in den Weg und blockierten so die Aufzugstrecke des islamfeindlichen Demonstration. Etwa 300 Menschen hatten sich zur ersten Bärgida-Demonstration versammelt. Wegen den Blockaden konnte der Aufzug den Startpunkt nicht verlassen. Polizeikräfte nahmen einige Gegendemonstranten fest, zuvor erfolgte die mehrfache polizeiliche Aufforderung dass die Wegstrecke freizugeben sei.
