On the sidelines of the Berlin-Mitte district council meeting, residents and supporters of the accommodation "Gästehaus Moabit" at Berlichingenstrasse 12 protested for its preservation. In the accommodation live 33 men who are acutely affected by homelessness, the operating company has terminated the tenants. Representatives of the district announced that the property would be confiscated if no other solution could be found.
Am Rande der BVV-Sitzung Berlin-Mitte protestierten Bewohner und Unterstützer der Unterkunft "Gästehaus Moabit" in der Berlichingenstrasse 12 für deren Erhalt. In der Unterkunft leben 33 Männer die akut von Obdachlosigkeit betroffen sind, die Betreibergesellschaft hat die Mieter gekündigt. Vertreter des Bezirks kündigten an die Immobilie notfalls zu Beschlagnahmen falls keine andere Lösung gefunden werden kann.
