Much accesses to the port are closed, apparently so that the harbor police can better control the access to the irregular refugee camp. A few thousand refugees sleep since weeks at the port of Athens-Piraeus. Gradually, the refugees are brought away from the port in official refugee camps. The number of people who want to get a transfer to the official camps currently exceeds the capacity provided. It is therefore crucial to desperate discussions with security forces who control the papers and make the decision about who is allowed to depart.
Viel Zugaenge zum Hafen sind geschlossen, offenbar damit die Hafenpolizei den Zugang zum irregulaeren Fluechtlingscamp besser kontrollieren kann. Tausende Fluechtlinge schlafen bereits seit Wochen am Hafen Athen-Piraeus. Nach und nach werden die Fluechtlinge weg vom Hafen in offizielle Fluechtlingscamps gebracht. Die Anzahl derer die in offizielle Camps gebracht werden wollen uebersteigt derzeit die Verfuegung gestellte Kapazitaet. Es kommt deshalb zu verzweifelten Diskussionen mit Sicherheitskraeften die die Papiere kontrollieren und die Entscheidung darueber treffen wer abfahren darf.
